This page informs you of Eloit’s policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Edisapp School ERP, Edisapp Parent Mobile App, Edisapp Teacher App, Edisapp Principal App, Edisapp Transport App and our other services and the choices you have associated with that data. We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Definitions

ELOIT via its Edisapp suite of applications provides schools owners, principals, admins, parents, teachers, students, drivers’ and stakeholders with relevant data related to these services as per allocated access permissions. We do not share users’ personal details with others out of the Edisapp Application Suites But,
  1. Service admin/s and attendant/s can use this data for internal use.
  2. Service developers can use this data for app testing and future enhancements.
  3. Those who are part of ELOIT and those who avail of this facility can use this data.
We take the following Permissions to provide this service.
Camera
We take camera permission to take pictures.
Storage
We take storage permission to access and store photos, media and files.
Usage Data
When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, this Usage Data includes mobile device IMEI number.
Location Data
We collect, use and store information about the geo-location (“Location Data”) of the School Bus Drivers, using the Edisapp Transport App only. The Information is collected to provide the location of the school vehicle’s current location. When any student’s scheduled trip is going on, we capture the geo location of the school bus driver and share it with the school transport administrator and the parents for the duration of the trip. We collect drivers’ precise or approximate location data, including to enable vehicle tracking and safety features, to prevent and detect fraud, and to satisfy legal requirements. The sharing of location details will be one-to-one, which means parents can see the location of their ward alone. The app collects this data when the Edisapp Transport app runs in the foreground (app open and on-screen) or background (app open but not on-screen or when not in use) of their mobile device.
Use of Data
ELOIT uses the collected data for various purposes:
  • To provide and maintain our Service
  • To notify you about changes to our Service
  • To provide customer support
  • To monitor the usage of our Service
  • To detect, prevent and address technical issues
  • To send you notifications
  • To provide location information
Retention of Data
ELOIT will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. ELOIT, will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Business Transaction
If ELOIT, is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Under certain circumstances, ELOIT, may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests.
Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.
